Manometric adapters

Переходники манометрические (демпферное устройство, демпфер) применяются для установки pressure gauges, installation of a pressure measuring system, as well as accessories for pressure measuring systems.

Демпферное устройство (демпфер) необходимо для сглаживания давления в воздуховодах. Оно позволяет снижать пульсацию рабочей среды, благодаря чему измерительный прибор (например, манометр и датчик давления) защищается от гидравлических ударов. Демпфер имеет разборную конструкцию для проведения очистки. Наличие внутри корпуса данного изделия чередующихся перегородок и емкостных камер, отверстия в которых расположены в шахматном порядке, обеспечивает высокую эффективность сглаживания измеряемого давления. Демпферное устройство не влияет на точность измерений.

Adapters are manufactured with mounting threads: metric according to GOST 24705, pipe cylindrical according to GOST 6357 and conical inch according to GOST 6111. Mounting threads can be made according to other standards at the Customer’s request.

Adapters are made of steel 12X18H10T in accordance with GOST 5632. At the request of the Customer, it is possible to manufacture adapters for pressure measuring instruments from other steels.

AISI 321 12Х18Н10Т 08Х18Н10Т Heat-resistant, corrosion- and heat-resistant steel of the austenitic class. Possesses high strength and durability. It is used at temperatures up to 600 ° С, and in highly aggressive environments up to 350 ° С.
AISI 304 08Х18Н10 Heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant steel of the austenitic class. It is used at temperatures up to 400 ° C in mediums of medium activity.
AISI 316L 03Х17Н14М3 Corrosion-resistant austenitic steel. It is used at temperatures up to 450 ° C in most aggressive environments.
AISI 316Ti 10Х17Н13М2Т Corrosion-resistant austenitic steel. It is used at temperatures up to 600 ° C in highly aggressive environments.
AISI 430 12X17 Heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant ferritic grade steel. It is used at temperatures up to 400 ° C in slightly aggressive environments.
12X1MF Heat-resistant, resistant to prolonged exposure to high temperatures, pearlite steel. It is used at temperatures up to 600 ° C.
