UNIVERSAL TWO-CHANNEL COUNTER-TIMER
RP2-T

Universal two-channel counter-timer RP2-T designed to replace a whole series of process controllers (pulse counters, universal timers and time relays).

DISPLAY INFORMATION

The counter-timer uses a high-tech LED display of individual design, providing the user with clear and intuitive information. This display is characterized by a wide viewing angle, the readings on it are perfectly visible even at a great distance, in any lighting conditions.

UNIVERSALITY

The ability to connect various sources of input signal - "dry contact", common collector, etc. The device has two analog outputs that are configured for the output signal of the desired range, as well as two digital outputs and an alarm output.

DESIGN

The universal two-channel counter-timer RP2-T has an updated housing with terminal connections that allows you to conveniently connect input sensors and output devices, and also guarantees reliable mounting in a switchboard.
The body is made of flame retardant polycarbonate.

CERTIFICATION

Universal two-channel counter-timer RP2-T meets the requirements of the relevant technical regulations:

• Technical regulations on electromagnetic compatibility of equipmentapproved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 16, 2015 No. 1077 (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2016, No. 2, Article 72).
• Technical regulations for low-voltage electrical equipmentapproved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 16, 2015 No. 1067 (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2015, No. 102, Article 3526).

The device complies with the requirements of the relevant standards from the list of national standards that have been applied:

• DSTU EN 61326-1: 2016, EN 55011: 2016 / A1: 2017 / A11: 2020 - Electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use. Requirements for electromagnetic compatibility;
• DSTU EN 61010-1: 2014 - Safety requirements for instrumentation and laboratory electrical equipment; DSTU EN 62479: 2015 - Compliance assessment of low-power electronic and electrical equipment with basic limit levels associated with human exposure to electromagnetic fields;
• DSTU EN 60529: 2014 - Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP54).

In addition to the procedure "internal control of production" (module A), which was applied by the manufacturer, the involved accredited conformity assessment body: State Enterprise "All-Ukrainian State Scientific and Production Center for Standardization, Metrology, Certification and Consumer Protection" (SE "Ukrmetrteststandard") performed work on voluntary certification of products and issued a certificate of conformity: No. UA.001.30.01054-21 from 30.09.2021

Universal two-channel counter-timer RP2-T complies with standards / regulations and EU Directives: CE, 2014/30 / EU (EMC), 2014/35 / EU (LVD), 2014/53 / EU (RED), 2011/65 / EU  (RoHS).

The universal two-channel counter-timer RP2-T has the following implementation features:

• pulse counter operation frequency up to 20 kHz;
• protection of parameters from unauthorized access;
• saving the current operating modes in the non-volatile memory of the device when the power is turned off;
• the ability to configure and work simultaneously up to 70 programs of the universal timer;
• operation of the universal timer by priorities (month, week, day of the week, day, hour, minute, second);
• operation of a universal timer for sunrise / sunset;
• the ability to set up to 20 holidays and weekends in which the universal timer does not execute the configured work programs;
• setting up to 40 steps for time relay;
• output control via RS485 interface.

The device can be executed in DIN rail housing RP2-M.
