Universal two-channel controller RP2-T

The new universal two-channel controller RP2-T (controller RP2-T) is intended to replace a whole series controllers technological processes (impulse counters, universal timers and time relays).

RP2-T OPERATING MODES:

• forward and backward counting of impulses;
• work with an encoder;
• flow meter;
• frequency counter;
• tachometer;
• dispenser;
• equipment operating time counter;
• universal timer;
• time relay.

The RP2-T meter-regulator (RP2-T controller) can be configured for different operating modes for each channel. The controller channels are completely independent.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS RP2-T:

• Food:
  • 12… 24 VDC.
• Internal power supply:
  • 24 VDC, load capacity 60 mA.
• Interfaces:
  • RS-485 (ModBus RTU protocol);
  • isolated RS-485 (ModBus RTU protocol).
• Inputs (4 inputs):
  • 2 inputs, which are configured depending on the operating mode (as counting or operation enable inputs);
  • 2 inputs for enabling the operation START / STOP / PAUSE / blocking of output devices.
• Discrete outputs (4 outputs):
  • electromechanical relay (5A, 220 VAC);
  • transistor optocoupler (100 mA, at 60 VDC).
  • transistor switch (100 mA, at 60 VDC).
  • triac optocoupler (100 mA, at 220 VAC).
• Alarm output (2 outputs):
  • transistor switch (100 mA, at 60 VDC).
• Analog outputs (2 outputs):
  • 0 ... 5 mA
  • 0 ... 20 mA
  • 4 ... 20 mA.

The universal two-channel controller RP2-T has a number of features that distinguish it from products of other manufacturers.

FEATURES OF THE RP2-T CONTROLLER:

• pulse counter operation frequency up to 20 kHz;
• protection of parameters from unauthorized access;
• saving the current operating modes in the non-volatile memory of the device when the power is turned off;
• the ability to configure and work simultaneously up to 70 programs of the universal timer;
• operation of the universal timer by priorities (month, week, day of the week, day, hour, minute, second);
• operation of a universal timer for sunrise / sunset;
• the ability to set up to 20 holidays and weekends in which the universal timer does not execute the configured work programs;
• setting up to 10 steps for time relay;
• the type of output signal is user configurable;
• control of outputs via RS-485 interface.

Universal controller RP2-T on a DIN rail replaces a number of devicespreviously produced by REGMIK:

• Universal timers: UT-1, UT-2;
• Time relay: PB1, PB2;
• Impulse counters: SI1, SI2, SI1m.
