Time relay single-channel RV1-D2

The single-channel time relay RV1-D2 is a universal single-channel time relay.

Time relay RV1-D2 is intended for counting time intervals, as well as for automatic switching on or off of executive devices at a given frequency, after energizing the device or closing an external “dry” contact.
The range of time intervals is from 0.1 seconds to 999 minutes, the time of the on and off state is set using the buttons on the front panel of the device.
The single-channel time relay PB1 provides LED indication of device programming and output device actuation.

In the single-channel time relay RV1-D2, the following parameters are set:

• actuation type (the logic of the enable input "Start" - counting starts from the moment the active level is fixed at the "Start" input or if the active level is kept at this input);
• counting mode (sets the sequence of alternating the time of switching on and off of the output device);
• active level (sets the type of input signal - closing or opening of a dry contact);
• auto start (determines the operation of the device after switching on);
• initial state (determines the initial state of the output after the supply voltage is applied to the device);
• units of measurement of relay on / off time;
• relay on time;
• relay off time;
• display mode (sets the parameters for indicating time intervals during counting and regulation: direct counting, counting down or just a fixed value of the interval duration);
• standby indication (the parameter makes it possible to configure what is displayed on the three-digit indicator while waiting for the arrival of an active signal level at the "Start" input);
• number of program cycles (sets the number of cycles that the time relay will operate when registering or fixing an active level at the "Start" input. The maximum number of cycles is 99. After all the specified time intervals have been counted (on / off the output device), the cycle is considered complete. The device can operate in an infinite mode cycle (the number of cycles is 0).

Time relay devices PB1 are manufactured in Z-cases for installation on a DIN rail.

The enterprise produces universal two-channel controller RP2-T, which allows you to implement an extended set of functions:

• forward and backward counting of impulses;
• work with an encoder;
• flow meter;
• frequency counter;
• tachometer;
• dispenser;
• equipment operating time counter;
• universal timer;
• time relay.

RP2-T functionally completely replaces the single-channel time relay RV1-D2.
