Single-channel temperature controller RD1 measures, controls and regulates temperature or other physical quantity using standard sensors. Resistance thermocouples, thermoelectric converters and sensors with a unified current or voltage output signal can be used as a sensor.

Single-channel temperature regulator RD1

The RD1 temperature meter / regulator carries out on-off regulation of the input physical quantity, automatically controls the state of the input sensor, whether the measured input value is outside the specified measurement range, the correctness of the parameter input and the calibration of the device. According to the results of the control, the signal “Error” is generated.
The regulator can be executed in two power modifications: AC voltage network 90..240V (IPI) or DC voltage source = 12..24V (IP24). It is also possible to manufacture models with two indicators for the simultaneous display of the current, setpoint and letter information.

Appointment

Regulator two-position single-channel temperature RD1 is designed for measuring, indicating and regulating the temperature of various media in refrigeration equipment, drying chambers, industrial / household furnaces and other technological equipment, as well as for measuring and regulating other physical quantities (level, flow rate, pressure, humidity etc.) using sensors with a unified analog signal.

Functions and operating modes of the temperature controller RD1

  • measurement of temperature (or other physical quantities) of objects using resistance thermocouples (temperature sensors) ТСМ (50М, 100М) and ТСП (50П, 100П, Pt100, Pt500, Pt1000), thermocouples (ТХК, ТХА, ТЖК, etc.), sensors with a unified current output signal АТ (0..5 mA, 0..20 mA, 4..20 mA) and voltage АН (0..1 V, 0..5 V, 0..10 V);
  • regulation of the input value according to the two-position law;
  • display of the measured value on the built-in LED indicator (digital temperature indicator);
  • scaling the measurement scale (for sensors АН and АТ);
  • light indication of operating modes (sensor failure, programming);
  • software change of parameters of transformation characteristics (slope, offset);
  • digital filtering of measurements (filter depth - up to 10 measurement periods);
  • changing the indication period of the measured value;
  • digital calibration of the input channel;
  • programming by buttons on the front panel of the device;
  • password protection of parameters;
  • saving settings when the power is turned off;
  • built-in power supply = 24V, 100mA for active sensors in modifications with АН and / or АТ;
  • RS-485 ModBus RTU interface.

The RD1 temperature regulator has a more advanced version - a universal device RP2-U... RP2-U is produced both for panel mounting and for installation on a DIN rail. The new modification completely replaces the functionality of the two-position single-channel temperature controller RD1, and also has a number of additional functions.
