The two-position humidity and temperature regulator RD2-DVTts is designed to receive and convert the signal coming from digital sensor in the value of temperature and importance, as well as for displaying the measured values on the built-in digital indicators with simultaneous regulation of the temperature and humidity of the object.
The regulator automatically controls the sensor status and the correctness of the parameter input. According to the results of the control, the signal “Error” is generated.
Humidity and temperature sensors are designed to convert the value of the relative humidity of the gas environment and its temperature (except for aggressive gases) into standard electrical signals:
- analog voltage (measured voltage value at the humidity sensor);
- І2С - digital sensors;
- voltage 0-10V - for digital and analog sensors;
- current 4-20mA - for digital and analog sensors;
- resistance (temperature value from a Pt100, Pt500 or Pt1000 temperature sensor) - for analog sensors;
- RS-485 (ModBus RTU protocol) - for digital sensors.
Regulator RD2-DVTts can be used to control the implementation of various technological processes in industry, agriculture and utilities.
The two-position humidity and temperature controller RD2-DVTts allows the following functions:
- measurement of temperature, relative humidity and dew point of the object using a digital sensor;
- display on the built-in LED digital indicators of the current values of temperature and relative humidity;
- regulation of temperature and (or) humidity of the object according to the two-position law;
- regulation of temperature or humidity of the object according to the three-position law;
- light indication of the device operating mode;
- data exchange with a personal computer via the interface RS-485;
- formation of the “Error” signal;
- program change of parameters of the transformation characteristics.
The functional parameters of measurement and control are set by the service personnel and are saved when the power is turned off in the non-volatile memory of the device.
