DU-004 conductometric level sensor

Conductometric level sensors DU-004  intended for signaling the levels of electrically conductive liquids (water, milk, food products - weakly acidic, alkaline, etc.).

In its simplest form, the conductometric level sensor DU-004 is made of stainless steel electrodes, one of which serves as a common one in the control circuit, and is installed in the container so that its working part is constantly in contact with the liquid, in particular, a conductive body can become a common electrode containers with liquid. Other electrodes will be signaling, and are located at certain levels that need to be monitored.

Single electrode level sensors are suitable for use in closed or open metal containers.

Кондуктометрический датчик уровня ДУ-004  изготавливается с монтажной резьбой: метрической по ГОСТ 24705, трубной цилиндрической по ГОСТ 6357 и конической дюймовой по ГОСТ 6111. Монтажная резьба может быть выполнена по требованию Заказчика по иным стандартам.

For installation on site, the level sensors have standard M20x1.5, M16x1.5 or G1 / 2 threads.
Both horizontal and vertical installation of a conductometric level sensor with a DU-004 connector is possible.
To extend the working part of the level sensor electrodes by the user, a thread is provided at the end of the electrode.

Кондуктометрические  датчики уровня изготавливаются из стали 12Х18Н10Т по ГОСТ 5632 . По заявке Заказчика возможно изготовление гильз термометрических из других сталей.

AISI 321 (12Х18Н10Т, 08Х18Н10Т) Heat-resistant, corrosion- and heat-resistant steel of the austenitic class. Possesses high strength and durability. It is used at temperatures up to 600 ° С, and in highly aggressive environments up to 350 ° С.
AISI 304 (08Х18Н10) Heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant steel of the austenitic class. It is used at temperatures up to 400 ° C in mediums of medium activity.
AISI 316L (03Х17Н14М3) Corrosion-resistant austenitic steel. It is used at temperatures up to 450 ° C in most aggressive environments.
AISI 316Ti (10Х17Н13М2Т) Corrosion-resistant austenitic steel. It is used at temperatures up to 600 ° C in highly aggressive environments.
AISI 430 (12Х17) Heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant ferritic grade steel. It is used at temperatures up to 400 ° C in slightly aggressive environments.
12X1MF Heat-resistant, resistant to prolonged exposure to high temperatures, pearlite steel. It is used at temperatures up to 600 ° C.

Conductometric level sensors Du-004 are produced with the temperature of the controlled medium up to 200 ° C and the working pressure of the medium up to 1.4 MPa.
The specific electrical conductivity of the medium must be at least 0.015 S / m.
