The eight-channel I8 meter is designed to measure and control from 1 to 8 physical quantities and display the measured values on the built-in digital indicator and has an alarm output

 

The eight-channel I8 meter is designed to measure and control from 1 to 8 physical quantities and display the measured values on the built-in digital indicator.
I8 has eight independent measuring channels and the possibility of execution in two power modifications: AC voltage network 90..240V (IPI) or DC voltage source = 12..24V (IP24).

Purpose:

I8 is designed to control temperature, pressure, humidity, flow rate or other physical quantity in several zones simultaneously (up to 8) and alarm signaling of any of the monitored parameters going beyond the specified limits (one emergency exit).
I8 is used as an alarm device in incubators, ovens, drying chambers in the food, metallurgical and other industries.

General functions and operating modes:

  • measurement of temperature (or other physical quantities) of objects using resistance thermocouples (temperature sensors) ТСМ (50М, 100М) and ТСП (50П, 100П, Pt100, Pt500, Pt1000), thermocouples (ТХК, ТХА, ТЖК, etc.), sensors with unified output signal of current АТ (0..5 mA, 0..20 mA, 4..20 mA) and voltage АН (0..1 V, 0..5 V, 0..10 V);
  • formation of the "Emergency" signal (with the possibility of issuing a control signal to the output stage) when the measured physical quantity is outside the specified alarm range, as well as when the input sensor is open or short-circuited;
  • the function of calculating and indicating the square root of the measured value (for example, for measuring the instantaneous flow rate from the sensors АН and АТ);
  • scaling of the scale of measurements;
  • light indication of operating modes;
  • software change of parameters of transformation characteristics (slope, offset);
  • digital filtering of measurements (filter depth - up to 10 measurement periods);
  • change of indication period of measured values;
  • digital calibration of input channels;
  • password protection of parameters;
  • built-in power supply = 24V, 100mA for powering active sensors or for connecting an alarm relay;
  • RS-485 ModBus RTU interface for recording measured values on a PC or for working with a PLC.
