Electromagnetic flow meter ЕРС (ЕРС-15, ЕРС-32, ЕРС-50) consists of an electromagnetic flow sensor (EMF) and an electronic secondary converter (PV).
The electromagnetic flow sensor and electronic transmitter are manufactured as a single unit.

The EPC device provides high accuracy of measurements of current and total volume in liters, average volumetric flow in l / s and m3 / h.

In the dosing mode, the EPC electromagnetic flowmeter provides the setting of the dose value for controlling an external actuator.

The EPC provides an RS-485 interface with the ModBus RTU protocol for building information collection systems. It is recommended to use interface converters for connection to a PC PI-485 or PI-RS-485 / Ethernet.

The EPC flowmeter has a pulse output adjustable from 1 to 100 imp./L with the ability to adjust the pulse width and period.

The electromagnetic flow sensor is a straight PTFE coated measuring tube with no moving parts or protrusions, which eliminates additional pressure losses. The flowmeter can be washed with hot detergents, air purged and steam sterilized without dismantling it.
The connection of the electromagnetic flow sensor with the pipeline is carried out using a threaded flange Rd78 ST SEV 307-76, which is included in the delivery set. The EPC meter can use DIN or Clamp connections according to ISO 2852, which are suitable for use with liquids such as milk, beer or other beverages.

The flow meter is powered from an external source, for example, BP2-50 24V.

The EMI sensor is made entirely of stainless steel, making it suitable for food and pharmaceutical applications.
