Mounting lugs B-001, B-002, B-003, B-004, B-005 are intended for installation of resistance thermometers (TS), thermoelectric converters (PT) and protective sleeves... Mounting of the bosses B-001, B-002, B-003 is performed by a welded joint, and B-004, B-005 - using a threaded joint.

Mounting lugs B-004, B-005 are part of the bayonet connection (bayonet socket, bayonet adapter, bayonet fitting).

The bosses are manufactured with mounting threads: metric according to GOST 24705, pipe cylindrical according to GOST 6357 and conical inch according to GOST 6111. Mounting threads can be made according to other standards at the Customer’s request.

Mounting bosses B-xxx are made of steel 12X18H10T in accordance with GOST 5632 or steel St3. At the request of the Customer, it is possible to manufacture thermometric sleeves from other steels.

AISI 321 12Х18Н10Т 08Х18Н10Т Heat-resistant, corrosion- and heat-resistant steel of the austenitic class. Possesses high strength and durability. It is used at temperatures up to 600 ° С, and in highly aggressive environments up to 350 ° С.
AISI 304 08Х18Н10 Heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant steel of the austenitic class. It is used at temperatures up to 400 ° C in mediums of medium activity.
AISI 316L 03Х17Н14М3 Corrosion-resistant austenitic steel. It is used at temperatures up to 450 ° C in most aggressive environments.
AISI 316Ti 10Х17Н13М2Т Corrosion-resistant austenitic steel. It is used at temperatures up to 600 ° C in highly aggressive environments.
AISI 430 12X17 Heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant ferritic grade steel. It is used at temperatures up to 400 ° C in slightly aggressive environments.
12X1MF Heat-resistant, resistant to prolonged exposure to high temperatures, pearlite steel. It is used at temperatures up to 600 ° C.

B-xxx bosses should be operated at operating pressures and temperatures that should not exceed the limits established by the relevant rules and regulations of state supervision for these materials and operating conditions.

Installation of B-xxx bosses at the facility is carried out in accordance with the instructions for the equipment on which the installation takes place. Sealing gaskets for installation TS not included in the package.
