Conductivity level sensors DU-003 are intended for signaling the levels of electrically conductive liquids (water, milk, food products - weakly acidic, alkaline, etc.).<\/p>\n
In its simplest form, the conductometric level sensor DU-003 consists of stainless steel electrodes, one of which serves as a common one in the control circuit, and is installed in the container so that its working part is in constant contact with the liquid, in particular, a conductive body can become a common electrode containers with liquid. Other electrodes will be signaling, and located at specific levels that need to be monitored.<\/p>\n
Single electrode level sensors are suitable for use in closed or open metal containers.<\/p>\n
The conductometric level sensor DU-003 is manufactured with mounting threads: metric according to GOST 24705, pipe cylindrical according to GOST 6357 and conical inch according to GOST 6111. Mounting threads can be made according to other standards at the Customer's request.<\/p>\n
For installation on site, the level sensors have standard threads M20x1.5, M16x1.5 or G1 \/ 2.
\nBoth horizontal and vertical installation of a conductometric level sensor with a DU-003 connector is possible.
\nTo extend the working part of the level sensor electrodes by the user, a thread is provided at the end of the electrode.<\/p>\n
Conductometric level sensors are made of steel 12X18H10T in accordance with GOST 5632. At the request of the Customer, it is possible to manufacture thermometric sleeves from other steels.<\/p>\n
AISI 321 12\u042518\u041d10\u0422 08\u042518\u041d10\u0422\u00a0<\/strong>Heat-resistant, corrosion- and heat-resistant steel of the austenitic class. Possesses high strength and durability. It is used at temperatures up to 600 \u00b0 \u0421, and in highly aggressive environments up to 350 \u00b0 \u0421. Electrode diameter 6 mm.
\nAISI 304 08\u042518\u041d10\u00a0<\/strong>Heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant steel of the austenitic class. It is used at temperatures up to 400 \u00b0 C in mediums of medium activity.
\nAISI 316L 03\u042517\u041d14\u041c3\u00a0<\/strong>Corrosion-resistant austenitic steel. It is used at temperatures up to 450 \u00b0 C in most aggressive environments.
\nAISI 316Ti 10\u042517\u041d13\u041c2\u0422\u00a0<\/strong>Corrosion-resistant austenitic steel. It is used at temperatures up to 600 \u00b0 C in highly aggressive environments.
\nAISI 430 12X17\u00a0<\/strong>Heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant ferritic grade steel. It is used at temperatures up to 400 \u00b0 C in slightly aggressive environments.
\n12X1MF\u00a0<\/strong>Heat-resistant, resistant to prolonged exposure to high temperatures, pearlite steel. It is used at temperatures up to 600 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n
\nConductometric level sensors with a connector are produced with a controlled medium temperature up to 125 \u00b0 C and a medium working pressure up to 0.8 MPa. The GDM 2009 connector is used for sealed wiring.
\nThe specific electrical conductivity of the medium must be at least 0.015 S \/ m.<\/p>\n\n\n
