{"id":12096,"date":"2016-09-22T13:49:21","date_gmt":"2016-09-22T10:49:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/test.regmik.com.ua\/?post_type=product&#038;p=12096"},"modified":"2024-02-12T15:14:53","modified_gmt":"2024-02-12T13:14:53","slug":"ustrojstvo-zashhity-trehfaznyh-jelektrodvigatelej-uz1-m","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/regmik.ua\/en\/product\/ustrojstvo-zashhity-trehfaznyh-jelektrodvigatelej-uz1-m\/","title":{"rendered":"Protection device for three-phase electric motors UZ1-MX"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Voltage protection devices are designed for protective shutdown of electrical equipment, in particular, electric motors, refrigeration units, in the event of an emergency in both single-phase (220 V 50 Hz) and three-phase (220\/380 V 50 Hz) electrical networks with a neutral wire.<\/p>\n<p>The following emergencies are monitored:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>open circuit of the supply voltage phases;<\/li>\n<li>network voltage out of permissible limits;<\/li>\n<li>voltage imbalance between phases;<\/li>\n<li>adhesion of the phases of the supply voltage;<\/li>\n<li>violation of the phase sequence;<\/li>\n<li>overheating of electrical equipment;<\/li>\n<li>temperature sensor malfunction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The device has input (X1-6) and output contacts (X7-11).<br \/>\nInput Contacts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>X1-3 (ABC) - contacts for connecting phase voltages A, B, C;<\/li>\n<li>X4 (N) - neutral (device ground);<\/li>\n<li>X5 (F) - starter control contact;<\/li>\n<li>X6 (T) - temperature sensor connection contact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Output contacts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>X7 - X11 - relay contacts;<\/li>\n<li>P1-P4 - regulators for tuning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The devices can monitor the voltage of a single-phase network (\u0423\u041a\u041f1), a three-phase network (\u0423\u04171), and also control the temperature of the motor winding (\u0423\u04171-\u041c1).<br \/>\nTo control the voltage, the user sets the zone of the permissible network voltage Umin and Umax, the response time in case of an emergency (time of the network analysis) Tav, the temperature of the thermal protection operation T overheating (only for UZ1-M1).<br \/>\nProtection devices constantly analyze the supply network, in case of an increase in the mains voltage, more than Umax or a decrease in voltage, less than Umin, an emergency analysis of the network occurs (for UZ1, the amplitude imbalance of the phases Uper is also analyzed), while the LEDs indicate the cause of the failure. After the expiration of the Tav time, an emergency disconnection of the load from the network occurs, the red LED turns on, signaling the occurrence of an alarm.
