IAF "REGMIK" provides a wide range of services for cutting metal blanks, manufacturing parts from sheet metal. Electromechanical guillotine shears (guillotine) are used for cutting metal NKCH 3214. We will quickly, efficiently and inexpensively produce parts according to your drawing !!! We will provide services for cutting metal both from the customer's raw materials, and can offer our services for the purchase of materials.

Equipment technological capabilities

Crank sheet shears with an inclined knife NKCH 3214 are designed for straight cross-cutting of sheet material with a thickness of not more than 2.5 mm and a width of 2500 mm with a tensile strength σB ≤ 500 MPa (50 kgf / mm2). Maximum sheet sizes for cutting:
  • length up to 2500 mm,
Sheet thickness:
  • steel - up to 2.5 mm;
  • stainless steel - up to 1.5 mm;
  • non-ferrous metals - up to 3 mm.
Our company offers each client favorable conditions for cooperation. We will select the best option for you that will satisfy your capabilities and requirements. We can perform metal cutting services in combination with other services. For the production of series products, we perform the following works:
  • cutting a sheet;
  • bending of parts;
  • welding works, incl. argon arc welding of stainless steels
  • locksmith work;
  • painting with polymer coatings (powder painting);
  • pressing and stamping;
  • molding of ABS plastic;
  • development and production of electronics for equipment;
  • turning and milling works, incl. on CNC machines;
  • marking work on metal and plastic with a fiber-optic laser with a power of 30 W;
  • cutting cable with insulation stripping on high-performance equipment;
  • development of design and project documentation;
  • other work - as agreed.
