We provide services metalworking... Production facilities of REGMIK allow manufacturing parts according to customer's drawings. We carry out turning and milling on a PL 1600M CNC machine. The CNC is equipped with a 12-position BMT turret with the ability to use an axial tool in each position. The machine provides flexibility in work by combining the maximum number of operations in one setting, allowing you to drill, turn and milling. We produce: bolts, nuts, other standard and non-standard hardware, couplings, studs, bushings of various shapes and configurations, pins, fittings, shafts, adapters, flanges, non-standard bolts, washers, cones, rollers, etc. Maximum workpiece dimensions:

• length - up to 200 mm
• diameter - from 20 to 80 mm

The terms of manufacturing the order are set after consideration of the specific order. We carry out the details according to the customer's drawings or samples. The cost of turning work is formed depending on the type of services provided, the volume and complexity of the work. Absolutely all work at our enterprise is carried out on the basis of design documentation (CD). We can make the necessary drawings based on the customer's technical assignment, detailed sketches or provided samples. If the customer already has developed drawings, we will gladly take them for processing. Moreover, the drawings of our customers are their property, respectively, confidential information, regardless of whose side the documentation was provided. We offer our customer a full cycle of metalworking. We carry out orders without intermediaries and guarantee the quality of work performed on the equipment of the REGMIK enterprise. For the production of products we perform the following works:

• cutting a sheet;
• sheet metal cutting on a guillotine;
• bending of parts;
• welding works, incl. argon arc welding of stainless steels
• locksmith work;
• painting with polymer coatings (powder painting);
• pressing and stamping;
• molding of ABS plastic.
