Universal two-channel device RP2-M designed to control technological processes that require automatic counting of time intervals (time relay, universal timer), counting the number of incoming pulses, weather-dependent regulation, control of discrete and analog valves, work according to a given program with a time delay; measuring, recording and regulating the temperature of heat carriers and various media in drying ovens, ovens for various purposes and other technological equipment, as well as for measuring other physical parameters and generating an alarm signal. The universal regulator allows you to implement: PID regulator, meter-regulator, regulator with timer, three-position regulator: damper / damper control regulator, weather-dependent regulator.

DISPLAY INFORMATION

The controller uses a high-tech LED-display of individual design, providing the user with clear and intuitive information. This display is characterized by a wide viewing angle, the readings on it are perfectly visible even at a great distance, in any lighting conditions.

UNIVERSALITY

Possibility of connecting resistance thermocouples, thermoelectric converters, sensors with a unified output signal of current and voltage. The device has two analog outputs that are configured for the output signal of the desired range, as well as two digital outputs and an alarm output.

ADAPTIVE PID REGULATOR

In the universal two-channel controller with timer RP2-U, an improved self-tuning algorithm of the PID controller is implemented with the ability to adjust the coefficients during its operation.

DESIGN

The universal two-channel regulator with timer RP2-U has an updated housing with terminal connections that allows convenient connection of input sensors and output devices, and also guarantees reliable fastening in a switchboard.
The body is made of flame retardant polycarbonate.

DSTU EN 61326-1: 2016, EN 55011: 2016 / A1: 2017 / A11: 2020 - Electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use. Requirements for electromagnetic compatibility;
DSTU EN 61010-1: 2014 - Safety requirements for instrumentation and laboratory electrical equipment; DSTU EN 62479: 2015 - Compliance assessment of low-power electronic and electrical equipment with basic limit levels associated with human exposure to electromagnetic fields;
DSTU EN 60529: 2014 - Degrees of protection provided by enclosures (IP54).

In addition to the procedure "internal control of production" (module A), which was applied by the manufacturer, the involved accredited conformity assessment body: State Enterprise "All-Ukrainian State Scientific and Production Center for Standardization, Metrology, Certification and Consumer Protection" (SE "Ukrmetrteststandard") performed work on voluntary certification of products and issued a certificate of conformity: No. UA.001.30.01054-21 from 30.09.2021
