Universal timer UT2 is designed to count time intervals and control various executive devices at a programmed calendar time.
Universal two-channel timer UT2 is designed to control various executive devices via two channels at a programmed calendar time. The device allows you to take into account the time of sunrise and sunset, display: the current time on the built-in graphic indicator, light indication of the output status, controls the state of the object in accordance with the set program and the value of external blocking.
In the “Operation” main mode, the device searches for commands for the current moment of time and sets the state of the outputs in accordance with the current command. If necessary, the device takes into account the state of external interlocks. At the same time, the current date and time are displayed on the digital indicator and the status of the outputs by means of LEDs.
The device has 50 control commands, individually for each channel. Each command describes the output state for its period of time during the day for its date and day of the week. The time when the command is turned on and the time when the command is turned off sets its interval for robots, which should not overlap with the interval of operation of other teams with the same priority.
The “Program reset” mode is designed to disable all program commands of the corresponding channel.
The “Terrain setting” mode is intended for recording the latitude and longitude settings of the terrain into the nonvolatile memory of the device. The set parameter values are saved in the device memory when the power is turned off.
The main characteristics of the timer UT2

- monitoring the status of the real time clock and the correctness of the parameter input;

- viewing and changing the parameters of the device;
- error signal generation;
- support of the RS-485 communication interface with the Modbus-RTU data transfer protocol (optional).
The universal two-channel timer UT2 is manufactured in a housing for mounting on a DIN rail.
The enterprise produces universal two-channel controller RP2-T, which allows you to implement an extended set of functions:
- forward and backward counting of impulses;
- work with an encoder;
- flow meter;
- frequency counter;
- tachometer;
- dispenser;
- equipment operating time counter;
- universal timer;
- time relay.
RP2-T functionally completely replaces the UT2 timer.
