ShP-01 movable fitting is designed for mounting thermoelectric converters (PT) and resistance thermocouples (TC) (temperature sensors) that do not have their own attachment.

Штуцер подвижный изготавливается с монтажной резьбой: метрической по ГОСТ 24705, трубной цилиндрической по ГОСТ 6357 и конической дюймовой по ГОСТ 6111. Монтажная резьба может быть выполнена по требованию Заказчика по иным стандартам.

The mobile fitting ШП-001 is made of steel 12Х18Н10Т in accordance with GOST 5632. At the request of the Customer, it is possible to manufacture thermometric sleeves from other steels.

AISI 321 12Х18Н10Т 08Х18Н10Т Heat-resistant, corrosion- and heat-resistant steel of the austenitic class. Possesses high strength and durability. It is used at temperatures up to 600 ° С, and in highly aggressive environments up to 350 ° С.
AISI 304 08Х18Н10 Heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant steel of the austenitic class. It is used at temperatures up to 400 ° C in mediums of medium activity.
AISI 316L 03Х17Н14М3 Corrosion-resistant austenitic steel. It is used at temperatures up to 450 ° C in most aggressive environments.
AISI 316Ti 10Х17Н13М2Т Corrosion-resistant austenitic steel. It is used at temperatures up to 600 ° C in highly aggressive environments.
AISI 430 12X17 Heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant ferritic grade steel. It is used at temperatures up to 400 ° C in slightly aggressive environments.
12X1MF Heat-resistant, resistant to prolonged exposure to high temperatures, pearlite steel. It is used at temperatures up to 600 ° C.

The mobile fitting ШП-01 must be operated at operating pressures and temperatures that should not exceed the limits established by the relevant rules and regulations of state supervision for these materials and operating conditions.
