Single-channel eight-bit pulse counter SI1-8 is designed to count the pulses arriving at the input of the device. The device can be used to determine the amount of products produced (in any units of length, weight, ...), measure displacement, bread baking time, ...

The pulse counter allows the following functions

automatic counting of the number of pulses received at its input;
direct, reverse or reverse pulse counting;
work with an encoder;
calculation of equipment operating time (time counter);
measurement of the rate of change of a physical quantity per unit of time (flow meter);
automatic saving of counting results when the power is turned off;
dividing and multiplying the counted number of pulses by the coefficients entered programmatically by the user;
displaying the results of counting the number of pulses on the built-in LED digital indicator;
control of an external executive device;
elimination of the influence of contact bounce of the input sensor on the results of counting pulses;
light indication of the device operating mode;
signal formation * Alarm * when the number of counted impulses exceeds the maximum value that can be displayed on the indicator;
software change of the parameters of the algorithm of the device;
the possibility of manufacturing the device with isolated RS-485.
