Regulator temperature for supply ventilation systems with water heater RP2-V designed to receive and convert signals coming from temperature sensors with an NTC 10 kOhm characteristic into temperature values and display them on a built-in digital indicator with simultaneous regulation of the supply air (and return water) temperature according to the PID law.
The device automatically monitors the state of the sensors, whether the measured values are within the established measurement range, and whether the parameters are entered correctly. Based on the control results, an “Error” signal is generated.
The device is designed to control and regulate air temperature in rooms equipped with a supply and exhaust ventilation system with a water heater.
FEATURES of the supply ventilation regulator with water heater RP2-B:
- measurement of supply air temperature, return water temperature and outside temperature using sensors with an NTC 10 kOhm characteristic;
- display on the built-in LED digital indicator of the current temperature value in one of the channels;
- regulation of supply air temperature according to PID law (analog control);
- the ability to change the set temperature values (setpoints) for the PID controller;
- protection of the water heater from freezing;
- warming up the heater when starting the system and when switching operating modes;
- system operation in standby mode with the fan turned off;
- DAY/NIGHT mode;
- WINTER/SUMMER/AUTO mode;
- protection of the system from exceeding the return water temperature according to the graph depending on the outside temperature;
- generation of an “Alarm” signal when sensors fail or the return water temperature drops below the set value;
- control of opening/closing blinds;
- fan control with adjustable switching delay after opening the blinds;
- light indication of the device operating mode;
- signal generation "Error";
- software change of parameters of the signal conversion characteristics from the sensor.
The functional parameters of measurement and control are set by the service personnel and are saved when the power is turned off in the non-volatile memory of the device.
Temperature regulator for supply ventilation systems with water heater RP2-V operates in the following modes:
"Summer"
The transition to summer mode is carried out by closing contact SK3 or automatically (SK3, SK4 are open) according to the outside air temperature. Automatic switching of Winter/Summer mode is carried out when exceeding Tnar. specified in the parameter Sv_ttemperature values.
Indication of the supply air temperature value, while the air cooler is closed (there is no signal at output No. 1), the pump (output No. 4) is turned off, and the blinds (output No. 2) and the fan (output No. 3) are turned on. In the “Standby” mode, all outputs are turned off. Tpr is analyzed. and Tobr. to protect the heater from freezing.
In summer mode, the circulation pump (output No. 4) is turned off, but to avoid jamming, it can be turned on for 1 minute. with the parameter specified tnSu period (in hours).
"Winter"
The transition to winter mode is carried out by closing contact SK4 or automatically (SK3, SK4 are open) according to the outside air temperature.
Automatic switching between Summer/Winter modes occurs when the Tnar. below a given threshold (Sv_t - dtSv).
In winter mode, the circulation pump (output No. 4) is always on.
When you turn on the power of the device, it turns on heater heating mode for the time specified in the parameter t_on. In this mode, the device generates a signal for the full opening of the control panel when the fan is turned off and the blinds are closed. The warm-up mode is exited automatically after the time has elapsed t_on.
The device also enters the warm-up mode after exiting the Summer and Standby modes, as well as after exiting the heater antifreeze mode.
After the heater has warmed up, the device switches the system to mode of maintaining the set supply air temperature. In this mode, a signal proportional to the output signal of the PID controller is supplied to the KZR, the blinds are open, the fan is turned on. The PID controller switches to channel #1. The device controls the position of the KZR, which regulates the flow of coolant supplied to the heater.
If over time AnFr supply air temperature is less than the value specified in the parameter StFr or the return water temperature is less than the value specified in the parameter ovAv, then the device enters heater frost protection mode. In this mode, a signal is given for the full opening of the control panel, the blinds are closed, the fan is turned off, and the “Emergency” output (output No. 5) is turned on.
The heater protection mode is exited automatically after the return water temperature rises.
The transition to the operating mode occurs after the time has elapsed t_on necessary to warm up the heater.
“Protection against excess return water temperature”
The device controls the return water temperature depending on the outside air temperature in accordance with the schedule Tobr.rear = f(Tnar).
When the outside temperature sensor is disabled, the device maintains the heater return water temperature at the set point specified in the parameter StOv.
The return water schedule (five points) is specified by the user. The Δmax value is also specified by the user in the parameter dtOv, using this parameter the device calculates the critical value TaboutR.max = (Tobr.back+dtOv). If the temperature TobR, measured by the sensor, exceeds Tobr.max, the device interrupts control of the KZR by Etc. and switches to control based on the signal of mismatch between the current value TobR. and calculated according to the schedule. The PID controller switches to channel #2.
After the return water temperature returns to acceptable limits TaboutR.<(Tobr.back+dtOv/2), regulation continues through Tpr.
“Standby mode”
Designed for cases when there is no need for supply ventilation (weekends, nights, etc.). In this mode, the device closes the blinds, turns off the fan and controls the return water temperature according to a specified graph depending on the outside temperature. The PID controller switches to channel #2.
When the outside temperature sensor is disabled, the device maintains the heater return water temperature at the set point specified in the parameter StOv.
When leaving the standby mode, the device switches to the heater heating mode.
Switching of the “Operation/Standby” modes is carried out by an external contact SK1 from the control circuit of the device.
“DAY/NIGHT mode”
To maintain a comfortable room temperature during the day and reduce it at the end of the working day (in order to save energy), the device can switch DAY/NIGHT modes.
Mode switching is carried out by external contact CK2 from the device control circuit.
During programming, two setpoints are set for the supply air temperature St_d – daytime and St_n - night.
Universal two-channel meter / regulator RP2-U.
