The device is designed to receive and convert signals from resistance thermocouples into values of the temperature of direct and return water and display them on the built-in digital indicator with simultaneous regulation of the object temperature according to the PID law.

Temperature regulator RP2-06C can be used to control the performance of various technological processes in industry, agriculture and utilities.

Temperature controller RP2-06C is designed for receiving and converting signals from resistance thermocouples (TSM 50M), into the values of the temperature of the direct and return water and their display on the built-in digital indicator with simultaneous regulation of the object temperature according to PID law.

The RP2-06C temperature regulator automatically controls the state of the sensors, the finding of the measured values in the specified measurement range, the correctness of the parameter entry and the calibration of the device. According to the results of the control, the signal “Error” is generated.

Thermal converters (temperature sensors TSM, TSP, THA, THK, TJK, thermometers, RTDs, thermocouples, Pt100, Pt500, Pt1000) are designed to measure the temperature of the environment, liquid, gaseous and bulk chemically non-aggressive media, as well as the surface of solids in various industries industry.

Classification of REGMIK temperature sensors by the type of measuring (sensing) element:

  • resistance thermocouples (thermometers) - TSM, TSP;
  • thermoelectric thermocouples (thermocouples) - THA, THK, TJK;
  • semiconductor converters - TP.

Temperature is the most common measured parameter, and overheating is one of the most negative factors in the operation of equipment, therefore, there are a huge number of ways and places of using temperature sensors.

Temperature regulator RP2-06S allows you to perform the following functions:

  • measuring the temperature of an object through two channels;
  • display on the built-in LED digital indicator of the current temperature value in one channel;
  • regulation of the temperature of the direct water according to the two-position or PID law;
  • control of additional devices (in particular, a recirculation pump);
  • formation of the “Alarm” signal when the set alarm temperature value is exceeded;
  • formation of signals "Emergency 1" and "Emergency 2" when external control contacts are closed;
  • the possibility of combining regulators into a single network for cascade regulation;
  • signal generation "Error";
  • program change of parameters of the transformation characteristics.

Modifications of the manufacture of the temperature controller RP2-06C:

- panel board version;

- power supply from the AC voltage 220 V;

- types of input signals of resistance thermal converters (RT).
