Two-position four-channel regulator RD4 measures, controls and regulates temperature or other physical quantities using standard sensors in four channels. Resistance thermocouples, thermoelectric converters and sensors with a unified output signal of current or voltage can be used as sensors.

The two-position four-channel regulator RD4 carries out on-off regulation of the input physical quantity, automatically controls the state of the input sensor, finding the measured input value outside the set measurement range, the correctness of entering the parameters and carrying out the calibration of the device. According to the results of the control, the signal “Error” is generated.
The regulator can be executed in two power modifications: AC voltage network 90..240V (IPI) or DC voltage source = 12..24V (IP24). It is also possible to manufacture models with two indicators for the simultaneous display of the current, setpoint and letter information.

Purpose:

The two-position four-channel regulator RD4 is designed to receive and convert signals from resistance thermocouples (RT), thermoelectric converters (PT) and sensors with a unified output signal of current and voltage, into values of temperature, humidity, pressure (or other physical parameter) and display
them on built-in digital indicators with simultaneous control of the temperature of objects according to the two-position law.
The device automatically controls the state of the sensors, the presence of the measured temperature in the set measurement range, the correctness of the parameter input and the calibration of the device. According to the results of the control, the signal “Error” is generated.

The device can be used to control the implementation of various technological processes in industry, agriculture and utilities.

The device provides the following functions:

    • - measurement of temperature, humidity, pressure (or other physical parameters) of various objects through four channels using standard RTD, PT and / or using sensors with a unified current output signal 0 (4) .. 20 mA, 0..5 mA and voltage 0..1V, 0..10V;
    • moisture measurement based on the psychrometric method using standard vehicles;
    • calculation of the sum, difference and average value between any two input parameters of the device;
    • display on the built-in LED digital indicators of the current and set temperature values in one of the channels;
    • regulation of the temperature of objects according to the two-position law through four channels;
    • regulation of the temperature of the object according to the multi-position law in one channel;
    • termination of control of executive devices after a time set by software;
    • work in the mode of a pulse regulator (with the ability to set the period and duration of pulses);
    • light indication of the device operating mode;
    • data exchange with a personal computer via RS-485 interface;
    • signal generation "Error";
    • program change of parameters of the transformation characteristics.

The functional parameters of measurement and control are set by the service personnel and are saved when the power is turned off in the non-volatile memory of the device.
The device is intended for use in the following environmental conditions:
temperature of the air surrounding the device case + 5 ... + 50 ° С;
atmospheric pressure 86 ... 107 kPa;
relative air humidity (at a temperature of + 35 ° С) 30… 80%.
