A PID controller with a logger function is designed to measure, control according to the proportional-integral-differential law of the input physical quantity and store its values in the non-volatile memory (up to 10,000 records) of the device at specified time intervals (from 1 to 9999 min) one, two, or four channels.
PID controllers with logger function:
- PID controllers with discrete control: RP1l, RP2l, RP4l (types of output devices R, OK, OS);
- PID controllers with analog control: RP1l, RP2l (types of output devices AH1, AH2, AH3, AT1, AT2, AT3).
RPhl allows you to perform the following functions:
- measuring temperature, humidity, pressure (or other physical parameters) of various objects using standard sensors:
resistance thermoconverters [TC], thermoelectric converters [PT],
– sensors with a unified current output signal 0..5 mA, 0(4)..20 mA [AT],
– sensors with a unified output voltage signal 0..1V, 0..10V [AN]; - moisture measurement based on the psychrometric method using standard vehicles (function of the second channel RP2l, RP4l);
- display on the built-in LED digital indicators of the current and set temperature values for one of the channels;
- regulation of temperature (humidity) of objects according to the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) law;
- the ability to change the set temperature values (setpoints) for the PID controller via two channels;
- operation in converter mode input value-analog signal (RP1l and RP2l with analog outputs);
- the ability to automatically adjust the coefficients of the PID controller;
- data exchange with a personal computer via RS-485 interface;
- light indication of the device operating mode, generation of the “Error” signal
Modifications of manufacturing PID controllers with logger function RP2l, RP4l
- number of channels: 2, 4;
- model with liquid crystal indicator or with four-digit seven-segment indicators;
- power supply from 220V alternating voltage network and from a 12..24V constant voltage source;
- types of input signals: UV (universal input), ТС, ПТ, АН and АТ;
