Single-channel PID controller RP1-D is designed for monitoring and controlling temperature conditions of various technological processes in the production of meat and sausage products, in the baking industry, in incubators, thermo chambers, etc. The PID controller is designed for monitoring and controlling temperature conditions of various technological processes.

The single-channel PID controller RP1-D with discrete output regulates the input physical quantity according to the proportional-integral-differential (PID) law on one channel.

The PID controller allows you to perform the following functions:

  • universal input: measurement of parameters of various objects using standard sensors (resistance thermocouples (temperature sensors) ТСМ (50М, 100М) and ТСП (50П, 100П, Pt100), thermocouples (ТХК, ТХА, ТЖК, etc.), sensors with a unified output signal of current and voltage) on one channel;
  • display on the built-in LED digital indicators of the current and specified parameter values;
  • regulation of a physical quantity according to a proportional-integral-differential (PID) law;
  • light indication of the device operating mode;
  • the ability to change the set value (setpoint) for the PID controller;
  • data exchange with a personal computer via RS-485 interface;
  • signal generation "Error";
  • program change of parameters of the transformation characteristics.

  • power supply from 220V alternating voltage network and from a 12..24V constant voltage source;
