The RP1-3 device is designed to receive and convert signals coming from resistance thermocouples (RT), thermoelectric converters (PT) and sensors with a unified output signal of current (AT) and voltage (AN), into temperature values (or other physical quantities) and display them on built-in digital indicators with simultaneous control of the temperature of objects according to the proportional-integral-differential (PID) law.
RP1-3 allows you to control a shut-off and control valve (KZR) or a three-way valve without taking into account its position according to the PID or pulse law.
The device automatically controls the state of the sensors, the finding of the measured temperature in the set measurement range.
The main functions of RP1-3:
- measurement of temperature, humidity, pressure (or other physical parameters)
different objects on one or two channels using standard sensors:
resistance thermoconverters [TC], thermoelectric converters [PT],
sensors with a unified current output signal 0..5 mA, 0 (4) .. 20 mA [AT] and
voltage 0..1V, 0..10V [AN]; - display on the built-in LED digital indicators of the current and set values
temperature; - regulation of a physical quantity by proportional-integral
differential (PID) law; - control of the shut-off and control valve (KZR) or three-way valve without taking into account it
provisions for PID or impulse law; - maintaining the temperature of the object according to the proportional-integral-differential (PID) law in
system "heater-refrigerator"; - the ability to change the set temperature values (setpoints) for the PID controller;
- the ability to automatically adjust the coefficients of the PID controller;
- data exchange with a personal computer via RS-485 interface;
- the device can be made with one or two four-digit seven-segment indicators;
- two power modifications: from an alternating voltage network with a nominal value of 220V or from a constant voltage source with a nominal value of 12..24V;
- light indication of the operating mode of the device, formation of the “Error” signal.
