PID four-channel controller RP4

Description

Four-channel PID controller with discrete outputs RP4 regulates the input physical quantity according to the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) law in four channels.

PID controllers with discrete control are used to accurately control the input value using contactless actuators (triacs, thyristors, solid-state relays).

RP4 allows you to perform the following functions

• measurement of parameters of various objects using standard sensors (resistance thermocouples (temperature sensors) ТСМ (50М, 100М) and ТСП (50П, 100П, Pt100), thermocouples (ТХК, ТХА, ТЖК, etc.), sensors with a unified output current signal and voltage) on four channels;
• display on the built-in LED digital indicators of the current and specified parameter values;
• regulation of a physical quantity according to a proportional-integral-differential (PID) law through four channels;
• light indication of the device operating mode;
• the ability to change the set value (setpoint) for the PID controller;
• data exchange with a personal computer via RS-485 interface;
• signal generation "Error";
• program change of parameters of the transformation characteristics.
