The device PID controller single-channel RP1 regulates the input physical quantity according to the proportional-integral-derivative (PID) law, automatically controls the state of the input sensor, the presence of the measured input value outside the established measurement range, the correctness of entering parameters and calibrating the device. Based on the results of the control, an “Error” signal is generated.
The PID controller allows you to perform the following functions:
- measurement of parameters of various objects using standard sensors (resistance thermocouples (temperature sensors) ТСМ (50М, 100М) and ТСП (50П, 100П, Pt100), thermocouples (ТХК, ТХА, ТЖК, etc.), sensors with a unified output current signal and voltage);
- display on the built-in LED digital indicators of the current and specified parameter values;
- regulation of a physical quantity according to a proportional-integral-differential (PID) law;
- light indication of the device operating mode;
- the ability to change the set value (setpoint) for the PID controller;
- operation in converter mode input value-analog signal;
- operation in the mode of a manual analog signal set;
- data exchange with a personal computer via RS-485 interface;
- signal generation "Error";
- program change of parameters of the transformation characteristics.
Manufacturing modifications:

- power supply from the 220V alternating voltage network and from the 12..24V constant voltage source;
-types of input signals TC, PT, AN and AT;
-types of output signals:
0..10V (AH2);
4..20mA (AT3).
