IR2117S
The IR2117S is a high-voltage, high-speed MOSFET or IGBT driver.
Logic input is compatible with standard CMOS outputs.
The driver outputs are distinguished by a high pulse current of the buffer stage, which is designed to minimize the counter conductivity of the driver.
The output channel can be used to drive an N-channel MOSFET or IGBT transistor with high or low switching at voltages up to 600V.
Housing type: SOIC-8.
Operating temperature range: -55°C to +150°C.
