Two-channel meter I2

3500

DISCONTINUED FROM PRODUCTION !!!

Replacement - RP2-U

The I2 meter / indicator measures the input physical quantity through two channels using standard sensors ТС, ПТ, АН and АТ.

The two-channel meter I2 is intended for receiving and converting one or two input analog signals into values of physical quantities (temperature, humidity, pressure, level, etc.) and displaying the obtained values on the built-in digital indicator.
The meter has two independent measuring channels and the possibility of execution in two modifications for power supply: AC voltage network 90..240V (IPI) or DC voltage source = 12..24V (IP24).
It is also possible to manufacture a device with two indicators for the simultaneous display of measured values in two channels.

Purpose:
The two-channel meter I2 is designed to measure and indicate the temperature of various environments in drying chambers, refrigeration equipment, industrial / household furnaces and other technological equipment, measure humidity by the psychrometric method when drying wood, as well as to measure other physical quantities (level, flow, pressure, humidity etc.) using sensors with a unified analog signal.

General functions and operating modes:

  • measurement of temperature (or other physical quantities) of objects using resistance thermocouples (temperature sensors) ТСМ (50М, 100М) and ТСП (50П, 100П, Pt100, Pt500, Pt1000), thermocouples (ТХК, ТХА, ТЖК, etc.), sensors with unified output signal of current АТ (0..5 mA, 0..20 mA, 4..20 mA) and voltage АН (0..1 V, 0..5 V, 0..10 V);
  • display of measured values on the built-in LED indicator (digital two-channel temperature indicator);
  • calculations and indication on the second channel of the mathematical function of two measured values (sum, difference, average, minimum, maximum);
  • calculations and indication of the second humidity channel by the psychrometric method (T1-dry, T2-wet);
  • the function of calculating and indicating the square root of the measured value (for example, for measuring the instantaneous flow rate from the sensors АН and АТ);
  • scaling the measurement scale (for sensors АН and АТ);
  • light indication of operating modes (sensor failure, programming);
  • software change of parameters of transformation characteristics (slope, offset);
  • digital filtering of measurements (filter depth - up to 10 measurement periods);
  • digital calibration of input channels;
  • changing the indication period of the measured value;
  • programming by buttons on the front panel of the device;
  • password protection of parameters;
  • saving settings when the power is turned off;
  • built-in power supply = 24V, 100mA for active sensors in modifications with АН and / or АТ;
  • RS-485 Modbus RTU interface (optional).
