Regulator for controlling generator RD2-06

The two-channel regulator with the function of controlling the generator RD2-06 is designed to receive and convert signals that come from two sensors (temperature and voltage of the generator). A resistance thermal converter (RT) can be used as a temperature sensor, and a sensor with a unified current output signal can be used as a voltage sensor.

Thermal converters TS (temperature sensors ТСМ – 50М, 100М; ТПП – Pt100, Pt500, Pt1000) are designed to measure the temperature of the environment, liquid, gaseous and bulk chemically non-aggressive media, as well as the surface of solid bodies in various industries.
Temperature is the most common measured parameter, and overheating is one of the most negative factors in the operation of equipment, therefore, there are a huge number of ways and places of using temperature sensors.

Main functions of the two-channel regulator with the function of controlling the generator RD2-06:

• temperature measurement in two channels using standard sensors: resistance thermoconverter [TC] and a sensor with a unified output current signal 0..5 mA, 0 (4) .. 20 mA [AT];
• display on the built-in LCD of the current values of parameters in manual and automatic modes;
• control of starting / stopping the generator according to a given program;
• data exchange with a personal computer via USB and RS-485 interfaces (ModBus RTU protocol);
• signal generation "Error";
• galvanic isolation of input / output stages and interfaces USB, RS-485 - 1000V
