REGMIK develops and manufactures household water heating devices (electric boilers) BVP * BURAN * intended for heating residential premises equipped with a heating system using water or a special liquid (recommended) as a heat carrier. The selection of an electric boiler is carried out on the basis of the thermal balance of the object.
An electric heating boiler is an opportunity to use an environmentally friendly source that does not pollute the environment with harmful waste substances as a source of heat in various systems of direct, accumulated and mixed heating, as well as together with storage tanks. An electric boiler can be used to prepare hot water in indirect heating tanks, and can also serve as a backup heat source.
The main elements of an electric boiler are - a heat exchanger, consisting of a tank with electrodes fixed in it, a control and regulation unit. Electric boilers BVP * BURAN * are supplied in a set: BVP, automation unit, flow and return temperature sensors.
Electric boilers are intended for heating any premises: apartments, individual houses, cottages, summer cottages, various trade objects, be they shops, cafes, office premises or industrial enterprises.
Electric boilers are low-temperature devices operating in closed and open heating systems with forced circulation of the coolant. The efficiency (efficiency) of the electric boiler reaches 95-98%.
The electric boiler works in automatic mode and requires a minimum of maintenance operations. Electric boilers are equipped with systems that prevent electrical wiring and heating system failures.
Electric boilers BVP * BURAN * can be completed, at the request of the customer, with a circulation pump, a pressure gauge, an expansion tank, an automatic air vent valve, an explosion-proof valve, and a room temperature sensor.
Advantages of electric boilers
- Application - electric boilers are produced in a wide range of capacities, from 3 kW to over 60 kW. Models up to 20 kW are perfect for individual heating systems, and models over 30 kW for industrial and commercial facilities. The use of electric boilers as a heat source makes it possible to mount a cascade heating system using several boilers in a bundle, which will ensure high reliability and productivity of the heating system.
- Energy efficiency and economy - despite the great criticism of electric boilers for their inefficiency, they have the highest level of efficiency up to 99% and modern electric boilers have a step power level, which provides high energy savings when operating an electric boiler.
- Environmental friendliness - electric boilers provide the highest degree of environmental friendliness due to the absence of combustion products emissions. An important aspect, since for the operation of electrical units there is no need for an additional room and the installation of chimneys of a fireplace or turbocharged (coaxial) type, which allows you to save on space and installation of a chimney, especially important for trade objects.
- Comfortable control - fully automatic operation thanks to regulation by thermostats and the possibility of connecting room and outdoor thermostats or programmers, which provide not only comfort, but also allow the boiler to operate in a more economical mode.
- Heating water - electric boilers, in addition to the heating function, can perform the function of hot water supply. Hot water is prepared using an external storage boiler of the required volume.
- Convenience - ease of operation, quiet operation, reliability, durability and low price complement the list of the above advantages of electric boilers. There are no heating elements in our electric boilers, which often have to be replaced.
Disadvantages of electric boilers
- The high cost of electricity. All the convenience of using an electric boiler is crossed out by the cost of the electricity it consumes. The use of an electric boiler is more expensive for consumers than using gas or solid fuel boilers. The way out of this situation is the use of storage tanks (heat accumulators) of excess heat, which significantly save on electricity consumption, as well as the use of multi-tariff metering of electricity (the operation of boilers is provided at * night tariff *, which is significantly lower than the usual tariff).
- Complete dependence on electricity. When choosing an electric boiler, it is necessary to understand that its operation is completely dependent on electricity, a shutdown or interruptions in the supply of electricity will lead to a shutdown in the operation of the boiler and the entire heating system, which should not be allowed during the winter period. When using an electric boiler as the main boiler of the heating system, it is advisable to use an alternative energy source to prevent the building from cooling down. An alternative source of energy can be a solid fuel boiler, and for small houses a wood-burning fireplace. For autonomous objects without an alternative heating source, it is advisable to use a non-freezing coolant (special antifreeze) in the heating system.
- The presence of the necessary electrical wiring. Depending on the power of the heater, it can be designed for single-phase or three-phase power supply. In the case of a newly constructed building, it is possible to take into account the electrical wiring of the building for the operation of an electric boiler of the required power, but in the case of an already constructed building, difficulties may arise with the selection of a heating device to the existing capabilities of the local power grid.
Heating electric boilers BVP * BURAN *
Buran-6, Buran-9, Buran-12, Buran-15, Buran-25
Features:
- High accuracy of temperature maintenance due to the use of a thermostat with built-in adaptive logic of work. The use of this regulator further reduces the electricity consumption of the electric boiler.
- The “Winter / Summer” electric boiler operating mode prevents the circulation pump from jamming.
- The use of a protective contactor prevents the possibility of failure of the electric boiler in the event of failure of the main contactor (triac unit) or thermostat.
- The use of a bimetallic thermal fuse prevents possible temperature rise inside the electric boiler.
Basic complete set of electric boiler BVP * BURAN *
- temperature sensors at the boiler inlet and outlet;
- electronic thermostat;
- working contactor (or triac unit);
- protective contactor;
- automatic switch in the power supply circuit of the electric boiler;
- safety switch in the circuit of the circulation pump and thermostat.
