Temperature Sensors 304 - Sensors group 3 are designed to measure the outside temperature of the air in rooms and air ducts.

Temperature is the most common measured parameter, and overheating is one of the most negative factors in the operation of equipment, therefore, there are a huge number of ways and places of using temperature sensors.

The basis of the operation of temperature sensors in automated control is the change in temperature into an electrical signal. This has the advantage of electrical measurements: the results are easy to transfer over the network, and the transmission rate can be quite high. Values can be converted to each other and vice versa. The digital code creates increased metering accuracy, speed and sensitivity.

The principle of operation of resistance thermocouples is based on a change in the electrical resistance of conductors and semiconductors depending on temperature. The material from which such a sensor is made should have a high temperature coefficient of resistance, possibly a linear dependence of resistance on temperature, good reproducibility of properties and inertness to environmental influences. To the greatest extent, platinum satisfies all of the above properties; slightly less copper.

Classification of temperature sensors-304 REGMIK according to the type of measuring (sensitive) element:

  • resistance thermocouples (thermometers) - TSM, TSP;
  • semiconductor converters - TP.

Main technical characteristics of temperature sensors-304:

  • SE connection diagram – two-, three-, four-wire;
  • by type of SE are divided into:
    •  resistance thermocouples (TC, resistance thermometers, thermometers, temperature sensors) (50M, 100M, 50P, 100P, Pt100, Pt500, Pt1000, Pt2000, Pt10000) ;;
  • degree of protection against dust and water - IP54;
  • design of thermal converters (temperature sensors-304) - non-separable;
  •  insulation resistance - not less than 100 megohms;
  • tolerance classes - A, B, C (for vehicle).

The TSP-304 air temperature sensor is mounted in such a way that the air circulates freely around it. When choosing a place on the wall, it is necessary to avoid exposure to drafts, direct sunlight and other sources of heat, as well as walls that face the street.

Has a small size, improved thermal inertia. Does not require complex assembly work when installed on site.

Installation is carried out directly on the wall.

Temperature sensors meet the requirements of technical specifications TU U26.5-32195027-010: 2016.
