DU-002 level sensor

Level sensors  DU-002 are intended for level signaling electrically conductive liquids (water, milk, food - weakly acidic, alkaline, etc.).

In its simplest form, the DU-002 level sensor is made of stainless steel electrodes, one of which serves as a common one in the control circuit, and is installed in the container so that its working part is constantly in contact with the liquid, in particular, the conductive container body can become the common electrode with liquid. Other electrodes will be signaling, and located at specific levels that need to be monitored.

Single electrode level sensors are suitable for use in closed or open metal containers.

The conductometric level sensor DU-002 is manufactured with mounting threads: metric according to GOST 24705, pipe cylindrical according to GOST 6357 and conical inch according to GOST 6111. Mounting threads can be made according to other standards at the Customer’s request.

For installation on site, the level sensors have standard threads M20x1.5, M16x1.5 or G1 / 2.
Both horizontal and vertical installation of conductometric level sensor with DU-002 connector is possible.
To extend the working part of the level sensor electrodes by the user, a thread is provided at the end of the electrode.

Conductometric level sensors are made of 12X18N10T steel according to GOST 5632. At the Customer's request, it is possible to manufacture thermometric sleeves from other steels.

AISI 321 12Х18Н10Т 08Х18Н10Т Heat-resistant, corrosion- and heat-resistant steel of the austenitic class. Possesses high strength and durability. It is used at temperatures up to 600 ° С, and in highly aggressive environments up to 350 ° С.
AISI 304 08Х18Н10 Heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant steel of the austenitic class. It is used at temperatures up to 400 ° C in mediums of medium activity.
AISI 316L 03Х17Н14М3 Corrosion-resistant austenitic steel. It is used at temperatures up to 450 ° C in most aggressive environments.
AISI 316Ti 10Х17Н13М2Т Corrosion-resistant austenitic steel. It is used at temperatures up to 600 ° C in highly aggressive environments.
AISI 430 12X17 Heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant ferritic grade steel. It is used at temperatures up to 400 ° C in slightly aggressive environments.
12X1MF Heat-resistant, resistant to prolonged exposure to high temperatures, pearlite steel. It is used at temperatures up to 600 ° C.

Electrode diameter 6 mm.
The level sensors Du-002 are produced with the controlled medium temperature up to 125 ° C and the medium working pressure up to 0.8 MPa.
The specific electrical conductivity of the medium must be at least 0.015 S / m.
